Warranty
At Baharash, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we curate and create. Each jewel is carefully selected, restored, or reimagined to meet our standards of excellence. To ensure your confidence, we offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing faults and craftsmanship issues.
Coverage
Our warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. It applies to genuine faults in craftsmanship, such as:
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Loose or poorly set stones
- Abnormal discoloration or plating issues (not caused by wear or chemicals)
Exclusions
Please note, the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or impact
- Exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or extreme environments
- Tarnishing of metals over time (a natural process for vintage and silver jewellery)
- Loss or theft of items
Repair & Restoration
If your piece requires attention beyond the warranty period, we also offer a repair and restoration service at an additional cost, helping extend the life of your jewellery in line with our sustainability ethos.
Claiming Your Warranty
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us at info@baharashjewels.com with proof of purchase.
- Provide clear photographs and a description of the fault.
- Our team will review and confirm the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or credit.
Small Print: Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Baharash. Vintage pieces may show gentle signs of age; these are part of their character and not considered faults. Warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
