UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: Free (2–5 working days)
- Next Day Delivery: £8.95 (order by 2 PM, Mon–Fri)
- Saturday Delivery: £8.95 (order by 2 PM Friday)
- No deliveries on Bank Holidays.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable.
International Delivery
- Europe: £28 (7–10 working days)
- USA & Canada: £38
- Free international shipping on orders over £350 (excluding customs).
- Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes.
UK Returns
- Free returns within 14 days via Royal Mail.
- Items must be in original condition.
- Earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.
International Returns
- Customers arrange and pay for returns (we recommend DHL).
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra fees.
- Customs/return costs deducted from refund.
Refunds
- Processed within 2–3 working days after receiving item.
- Allow 5–8 days for funds to show in your account.
- Refunds only to the original payment method.
